FOR PEOPLE AGED 50+ IN BRIGHTON & HOVE

Ageing Well is a programme of services and activities for people aged 50+ living in Brighton and Hove led by Impact. If you’re looking for information and advice, social activities, health and wellbeing support, or volunteering opportunities, please contact us.

Our Single Point of Contact brings all the information you need on one telephone number and email address including support and information for people living with dementia. We link into the Age and Dementia Friendly Communities work and aim to provide inclusive services and support alongside specific activities for LGBTQI and BMR older people.

Following our Age of Engagement Conference please find below the links to our keynote presentations:

AGEING WELL FESTIVAL

AWF is held each year around 1st October, the UN International Day of Older Persons.

Held in venues across Brighton and Hove the AWF is a two week festival of celebrations and events for people aged 50+. A packed programme aims to inspire people to get out and about and enjoy being part of the wonderful City. Each year it brings a fabulous mix of familiar favourites alongside new and exciting opportunities to try out and take part in. The AWF aims to offer our ever-increasing number of older people a fantastic two weeks, to leave them with some great memories.
