I am now able to express my emotions. Being here has taught me it's alright to cry, be angry and want to be alone, as well as many other things. I would say to others; allow yourself to seek and accept the support you need. Don't ruin a good day thinking about a bad day yesterday.

WASP is the best part of my week. I feel free when I am there and the staff help me when I get angry

My Youth Worker helped me get things in perspective. I now have strategies to manage my anxiety and feel better about myself. I believe I am worth looking after so take better care of myself
