We get ideas and do campaigning together about our equal rights.We meet loads of different people with similar problems and get our voices heard out in public.

Being able to get all the information I needed for my Father in one place was such a godsend. Not only did I get tailored suggestions for him but they called me a couple of weeks later to see how we had got on and to ask if they could help further.

I learned so much on the Aspie Trainers course. It will be incredibly useful as I now feel I have an understanding of someone I work with that I didn't before. This will change our relationship so much for the better making work life less stressful for both of us.

I was desperate, I had no food and no means of getting any, it was so hard to ask for help but such a relief when I did. A volunteer arrived later that day with some shipping for me and they have helped me organise regular deliveries

The Hop 50+ is literally a lifeline for me. I know I can drop in and always see a friendly face and have a chat along with a lovely affordable meal. If I didn’t go there I would go for days and not speak to anyone.

My advocate helped me get the benefits I needed. I was at my wits end before they came to see me. I can now manage my money and pay my bills which means I can sleep at night.
