Our CEO Caroline Ridley was invited to talk at the launch of the BHCC Active For Life consultation on 4th May. Caroline spoke on the value of keeping active as we age, highlighting examples from older people who have used our services at The Hop 50+ and through our Ageing Well partners. The event was held on the I360 and attended by Senior Council Officers, CCG Managers and elected members, including Mayor of the City Councillor Alan Robins, as well as people of all ages who were invited to speak on how exercise helps their physical and mental health. A reception with a dance lesson rounded off the event perfectly.
