How to support us
- Donations: make a donation to support Impact or one of our specific services.
- Event sponsorship: support one of our events, like our Ageing Well festival in September.
- Volunteering or in-kind: help at our centres or with one of our services, gifts in kind, makeovers e.g. ad space.
- Prizes/gifts for raffles
- Employee sponsorship: encouraging your employees to support us with their own events e.g. running events

Case study: Children & Young People
Your support can help children experiencing low self-esteem and anxiety.
Child H was referred to our BRAVE programme for low self-esteem and anxiety. Initially, they expressed negative thoughts about their intelligence and body image, but by sessions 5 and 6 they felt more confident, better at recognising fear, and less anxious.

Supporting people back into employment through our Workability service.
