Exciting News: Ageing Well Contract Renewed for Four Years 

We are thrilled to announce that we have secured the Ageing Well contract for another four years! This achievement follows a highly competitive process, and we are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and collaborative effort from our team and partners that made this possible.

The Ageing Well Service will be open to anyone aged 50 years and over throughout Brighton and Hove, empowering them to live healthier, happier lives. It will specifically target those people who are identified as being most at risk of a decline in their independence and wellbeing. The service will deliver a programme of innovative primary prevention and health promotion accessible via a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

The service will help:

· Reduce social isolation and loneliness

· Promote good health and wellbeing

· Support people to remain independent

· Enable people to live well in their communities, thus reducing the need for more intensive services including avoidance of hospital admission.
