Over 40 Years
Founded in 1978 by The Duke of Richmond and Gordon and Peter Bunker OBE, we celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2018.

Our range of services are able to help people of all ages and from all walks of life.
Our Organisation
Through working with private and public funders to develop and manage our services, Impact Initiatives has been key to helping Sussex people live healthy and fulfilling lives for over 40 years.
Our services include supported housing, advocacy, support for young people, cafés, centres and activities for people aged 50+, employment support and out-of-school activities.
Our Central team provide the Finance, IT & Facilities, HR and business administration, allowing our specialist managers to focus on developing and delivering the services.

To bring Sussex people the support they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives through providing the right people at the right time, and through leading collaborative working to create and deliver services
