The Hop 50+ (located in Palmeira Square, Hove) is open seven days a week with transport and support for members four days each week (Club days). Other days include groups and activities ranging from Tai Chi to singing, art and a Sunday lunch club.

Befriending scheme Volunteers are available to visit older people who feel socially isolated or who may need some friendly support in order to get out and about in the community.

Trips A range of minibus trips to various places of interest run each week again open to anyone aged 50+.

Community based groups Groups include play reading, gentle exercise and line dancing. These take place each week in a range of church halls and community centres: all welcome new members and are run by qualified and insured tutors.

The Centre Café The café is open seven days a week where anyone aged 50+ is welcome to visit – maybe for just a cup of fresh coffee and a chat, or to take part in a whole day of activities with friendly company and a homemade lunch.
